  • Pro staršího člověka blízkost vchodových dveří.Slušně zařízené a čisté pokoje.

  • Nedodržování časoveho harmonogramu.Přes upozornění perzonálu nešlo sednout venku směrem na koupaliště,když tam personál nebyl,nešli otevřít dveře ,ani vší silou jak doporučil personál.Bylo to v časech od večera do snídaně.Nebyla lednice na pokoji ani rychlovarná konvice.Asi jsem moc náročný zákazník.

  • Koupaliště u hotelu

  • Špinavá koupelna, vedlejší pokoj se nejspíš rekonstruoval, nepořádek na chodbě a už po sedmé ráno hluk od rekonstrukce.. na snídanich v 9 už nic nebylo...

  • Čistota + komunikativní personál.

  • Doporučuji vybavit pokoje skládací "podnožkou" pro kufr. Ten není kam položit. Pokud přijedete na jednu nebo dvě noci, nestěhujete obsah kufru do skříní a šuplíků a prostě jen kufr otevřete a při odjezdu zavřete. Pro ženy vcelku nepochopitelné, ale velmi praktické...
